On behalf of the whole Ridgeway Farm CE Academy family, I am delighted to welcome you to our wonderful school.
Welcome to Ridgeway Farm! Since our opening in September 2016, we have been on the most wonderful journey. Watching our school grow from plans on paper to the vibrant, successful community it is today has been truly special. In March this year, we were incredibly proud to be judged ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted, recognising the strength of our provision, our community and our shared commitment to excellence.
At Ridgeway Farm, we cherish our growth and success, but what makes us truly unique is our close-knit, family feel. We call ourselves the Ridgeway Farm Family because that's exactly what we are — a community built on trust, care and belonging, where everyone is valued and supported to flourish.
Our school vision, Believe, Learn, Grow, is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in every child’s potential, we nurture a love of learning, and we create opportunities for all members of our community to grow — academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
Our dedicated team works together to ensure that every child and staff member has everything they need to succeed. We are ambitious and strive for excellence in all we do, with the happiness, wellbeing and safety of our school family always our top priority.
As part of the Blue Kite Academy Trust, our Christian vision and values guide our work and shape our culture. We create a positive, inclusive environment where children of all faiths and backgrounds are welcomed, respected and celebrated. Our children learn to believe in themselves and others, to value difference, and to grow into confident, compassionate individuals. This vision is woven throughout our engaging curriculum, enabling children to develop the skills, knowledge and values they need to thrive both in school and beyond.
